Normandy has established a district helpdesk to provide in-person assistance for students and families using Chromebooks for virtual and in-person instruction.

The new helpdesk is located at North Hall on the campus of Normandy High School, 6701 St. Charles Rock Road.

Families and students will be able to pick-up devices, switch out devices, get parts, as well as assistance with operation of the device. There will also be a limited number of hot spot internet access units available for families who do not have internet access.
