At Normandy Schools Collaborative, two-way communication with our families and staff is a priority. We actively seek input and feedback through our Culture and Climate Surveys, which are administered annually in the fall and spring. These surveys help us better understand perceptions of our schools and the district as a whole. Students, families, and staff are all invited to participate.
The surveys are completely anonymous and include questions related to school safety, school culture, instructional quality, teacher engagement, family involvement, diversity and inclusion, and bullying.
