Zack Mirzoev joined Normandy School Collaborative in June 2022 as the IT Director. With 16 years of experience in Information Technology within educational institutions, he has previously worked in charter school districts and held positions in the Federal government.

Zack holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and a dual master's in computer science and educational leadership. His extensive background and expertise contribute significantly to the technological advancements and leadership at Normandy Schools Collaborative.

Zack's responsibilities include overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals, devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by district leaders, and analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs. This encompasses IT infrastructure, procurement, software development, policies, procedures, and best practices. Additionally, he works with E-rate consultants, manages the Gmail admin portal, surveillance camera systems, door access controllers, and other related systems, and serves as the point of contact for third-party IT vendors.
