Let us hear from you! The Joint Executive Governing Board (JEGB) is seeking community and staff input in selecting the next superintendent for the district.

Finalists Announced in Normandy Schools Superintendent Search 

The Normandy Schools Collaborative Joint Executive Governing Board is pleased to announce the selection of three finalist candidates in the running for the district’s superintendent vacancy. The candidates selected include:

  • Dr. Howard E Fields III, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Kirkwood School District 

  • Dr. Bruce Green, Director of Secondary Education for Ritenour School District

  • Dr. Michael Triplett, Assistant Superintendent of Operations for Olathe Public Schools

The finalists will participate in a community forum that will be held on Wednesday, January 18 at Beyond Housing, located at 6506 Wright Way. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. The public is invited and encouraged to attend. Questions for candidates can be submitted ahead of time via email at Normandy.questions@gmail.com or in person at the forum. After the forum, the community will have the opportunity to provide feedback on each candidate. 

The Joint Executive Governing Board retained the services of the Missouri School Boards’ Association as the search firm to lead the process, which kicked off in the Fall of 2022. Board members interviewed candidates for the position and narrowed the field to three finalists.

The Joint Executive Governing Board will make its final decision at a later date.
