Information about school closings or schedule changes due to severe weather or other unexpected events will be posted on the front page of the district's website immediately after a decision is made.
When the district is closed or operating on a snow schedule, School Messenger—Normandy’s broadcast notification system—will call all NSC families using the primary contact number on file. Unless otherwise noted on the NSC website or in the closing announcement, all after-school and evening events will also be canceled. We also use our digital newsletter to communicate any closures.
School closing announcements are also shared on local television stations: KTVI (Channel 2), KMOV (Channel 4), KSDK (Channel 5), and KPLR (Channel 11).
If your contact information has changed since enrollment, please update your information with your child’s school.
