Be prepared when disaster strikes. The North County Police Department is offering free community training sessions beginning this spring, open to all residents in the Normandy area.

This hands-on opportunity equips participants with practical skills to help protect themselves, their families, and their neighbors during emergencies—especially in situations where professional responders may be delayed.
